Questions
- What counts as an assessment?
- A session you create for a candidate. Practice runs by your own team are free, and a link you cancel before the candidate opened it is given back to the month's allowance.
- What counts as a generated item?
- One generation request, whatever the exercise type. Regenerating an item is free, and a generation that fails is not counted. Items from the starter library are free.
- When do allowances reset?
- On the first day of each month, UTC. Unused allowance does not roll over; extra assessment packs last twelve months.
- Can I pay up front, or in crypto?
- Yes. Any paid plan can be bought for 3, 6, 12 months in one payment at the yearly rate. Checkout takes cards and, where the Stripe account supports it, USDC and other stablecoins.
- Can I change or cancel?
- Change plans at any time; the difference is prorated. Cancel at any time and the plan stays until the end of the paid period, then the organization returns to Free. Nothing is deleted.
- Is there a trial?
- Every new organization gets fourteen days of Team, no card needed, and then moves to Free unless you choose a plan.
